Richard Smallwood

One of the most esteemed names in the history of Gospel music, Richard Smallwood's songs have been etched into the very fabric of American church choral music. Dr. Panion's orchestral arrangements of these songs have long been programmed by most of the major orchestras in America, including The Cleveland Orchestra, The Atlanta Symphony, and the Pittsburg Symphony. Dr. Panion has joined Richard Smallwood in a celebration of the man and his music in a series of tribute concerts, including ones with the  Greensboro Symphony and the Symphoria Orchestra. This concert is available for programming with community, ecumenical, college, or church choirs.
